Sorry to have to say this but they will probably reject your application. Signature is the most important thing they look for in any application.

Some employees of my client company who filed their AOS in june did so without signing a single piece of paper and already got their RNs and FP's done as well.

1) Did he ask you to write him/her an email/letter authorizing them to sign on your behalf
2) Your company has your facsimile signatures or signature stamps.

I was looking at the SOC code for System Analyst and that's what it says.Also the code it shows is 15-1051 where as the labor shows 030-167014 - Not sure if these codes changed over the period of time.

May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Exclude persons working primarily as "Engineers" (17-2011 through 17-2199), "Mathematicians" (15-2021), or "Scientists" (19-1011 through 19-3099). May supervise computer programmers.
If I were you, I would look for opportunities that fall in line with your GC labor. System Analyst and Project Manager don't really go well together, leave alone the SOC codes. Your PD also seems to be quite close (relatively speaking).
If anything try to negotiate your external title with your prospective employer.

Do not worry about RFE on AP. I was and am in the same situation (NSC->CSC->TSC) . ND was Sep 19; got my EAD; RFE on AP (for me & flmy) & no FP. RFE was asking to submit all copies of I-94's ever issued to be, proof of relationship (birth , marriage cert). Yest , on the website saw that our AP was approved :D.
For the FP notice, called them & managed to speak with an IO. She advised me to wait for 60 dyas after the 485 ND.
How did you respond to your RFE?.. Did you have copies of all of your I -94 ?.. Please let me know...

I have H1 upt 2010 with Visa. Its for my wife I am worried. She got her H1 1 year back and she is working from past 4 months. She is has to India as her Grandfather is sick he want see her before.....

I don't get what caused the sudden spike in the Master's quota. Earlier it used to be open for at least 15 days... Can it be because of increase in number of international students or people loosing in previous year lotteries going for Masters??? I seriously believe that H1B visa program needs reform - a valid job offer (read project for consultancies) must be necessary for applying AND a joining date within 2 months of starting FY. This is true madness going on.

My Guess is for x number of GCs processed during last week of june, most of the 2008 quota is consumed by their benificiaries just to clean up the mess.
For the retrogressed countries /categories with thighter quota restrictions , i would not be too much hopefull for atleast couple of years.

I have recently returned using AP. I had 3 APs and the officer took one and returned 2 back to me. Both were stamped and the officer told me that for my next trip I can use the 2 APs with me. And also that I need not submit any AP on my next trip back.

First of all, this is a wrong forum to went our your points about illegals.. We in IV encourage a legal immigration. But the moment we start excluding people, the list can go on and on.. You start with so called illegasl today (with due sympathy for using that word..), but this exclusion will go on to legals, new doctors, engineers willing to come, settle and work in USA. Remember this is a land of immigrants. If you have any doubt, just look at the new bills introduced by senators to effectively kill H1B program the only legal option for most educated to come to US.
Lets for instance say we want everyone to go back to their own countries.. Where do you want to draw that line to go back, 1980?, 1900? how about 1600??

it is not luck or wishful thinking, it is legislation that is needed to get things our way? For this to happen, IV has to continue its efforts and for that to happen, all of you (if you already are, ignore) should consider becoming contributing members of IV and share some of the advocacy efforts of IV.

Hi, I am in the same boat as you. Can you please provide your experience with filing the future employment I-485 and if AC21 is possible.
My question is: Can you continue to work for employer B while employer A files future employment I-485 and can we use AC-21 after 180 days without being employed with employer A?

Even the thread anouncing the members who got freedom this month is being drowned by these discussions. There is enough to celebrate this month...lot of our brothers / sisters have been greened...let us celebrate their freedom and forget our misseries for some time.

Thanks for the clear answer thepaew. That is what I thought. I currently have the opportunity to start the green card process with my employer under EB3 ROW, but I am also planning to go for an MBA in the US within the next few years. I am just into my 5th year of H1. It seems that I should not start the green card process if I am sure about going for an MBA in the US within the next few years. That would be terrible if you get into a school you like but cannot attend since you cannot switch from H1 to F1.

if you have an approved I140, you can get a 3 year H1 extension. Just make sure that your new employer does PERM + I140 ASAP and you can retain your PD.
